Error pages show as 500 Internal Server Error

Hello, for sometime now i can't figure out why my error pages show Internal server error "500".

If someone goes to http://technihost.com/nothere.html

but http://technihost.com/404.shtml works....

i checked apache error logs and its to many redirections.

I can tell you that since you are pointing to an html page looks like has to be and htaccess issue.

Try to remove or rename the .htaccess file and try again. If that fixes the issue then you have a syntax issue in your .htaccess.

Usually a cgi / htaccess issue.
