How much have you overclocked your computer?

My system:
ASUS A7N8X Deluxe V2
AMD Atholon XP 2500+ OVERCLOCKED TO 3200+
512mb DDR 3200 RAM
120gb Seagate 7200rpm hard drive (primary)
40gb Maxtor 5200rpm hard drive (secondary)
GeForce FX 5600 with 256mb onboard DDR memory (needs replacing as their is a fault, probably caused by the power problems i had when i fitted it as my power supply wanst good enough)
