We use a lot of the Crucial MX200/300 drives and love them. I can't remember the last time we had one fail.

I got a NVMe SSD for my desktop and its blazing fast, 1000+Mbps compared to 500+ of the usual SATA SSDs

Your question comes to understand which SSD model is a better one and base other people opinions to make your own decision? Am I right?
So instead of telling you which model I like, I believe this page will give you one of the best answers to your doubts:

Intel S3500 is my goto drive when available. Don't forget to get a top-line controller, too. S3500s work great with MegaPath.

Can add FastPath and/or CacheCade with S3500s.

Not intending to knock any drives but I've had problems with Samsungs and RAID.

+1 Intel Datacenter Edition. Reliability is way more important then a slightly higher IO.
