Hello, Do you think HostingDiscussion should upload a Mobile skin for us mobile users? I know that WHT has one and thats why most of the time I'm on there forum other than over here. I think it would be way better if HD had one and you'll see more members around during working or school hours.

Actually I am currently in development of a mobile skin for TalkFreelance.com, another community, and should the testing go smoothly over there and all bugs resolved, we will implement the mobile skin for HD as well.

We are looking at a very nice iPhone app-like skin.

I hate giving any ETAs, but I am guessing we are roughly one week away.

I like WHT mobile skin which is for mobile user and I too use that and spend more than this HD.As it is a good forum it should have mobile skin.very eager to see this on HD forum.

If you check out www.talkfreelance.com mobile skin (it is very iPhone-like), we tried to apply the same here, but ran into few issues. That's why I hate giving ETAs.

I am really looking forward to this. Hey, Artashes, if you need any help with this, I'm glad to help. There's a few skins that I used to use for vBulletin that work like a charm.

I used to use this software:

Basically, from what I remember, it's a plugin that you simply run on the forum and whenever it detects a mobile device, whether it be Android, iPhone, iPod touch, whatever, it will automatically redirect them to the mobile template. They can also switch to the original template if they so choose.
