And "junk" posts just to increase your post-count, don't count ... so you have a while of interacting with the community before being able to hawk-your-wares

Posts in Web Hosting Requests, General Discussion, and the HD Announcements forum do not count towards the 25 post total.
Once you hit 25 posts in the categories I linked to, it may take some time for you to gain access (I think it might be an hour or so).
