    WHMCS Updates?

Has anyone started noticing that the new releases of WHMCS, have been pointless. I've noticed that WHMCS has only been releasing updates to add stuff they are reselling and few, little to none, features. I've wanted to add CloudFlare Turnstile to my WHMCS and I had to build my own plugin just...

    SEO Backlinks

I came across a few options on Google: https://github.com/tegal1337/Backlink-Generator https://www.prepostseo.com/backlinks-maker https://sitechecker.pro/backlinks-generator/ I am not sure if these actually end up doing anything.

What payment options do you offer?

Our company uses PayPal & Stripe to process credit cards. I've been looking for a decent Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway. A while ago I can across EncryptCoin however, they went down. https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/5260-encryptcoin-cryptocurrency-payment-gateway Sad.

    Preferred Ticket Support System

For support I use WHMCS, live chat I use Chatwoot, and just plain old E-mail. Those three seems to work the best and Chatwoot has plugins for WordPress & WHMCS.

Phone support - How important is it in the hosting industry

I prefer Live Chat, Phone Support is annoying. Not just for Hosting, but for all companies. Too many automated messages, and automated menus to go through, sometimes it is just easier to get in touch with a human via live chat then phone support.

What type of billing system are you using / prefer ?

I use WHMCS, its packed with a lot of features. The problem is, like cPanel, they are raising there pricing. I have seen many different alternatives, and the one that I have considered moving to for quite some time is HostBill. However I know WISECP is also another option. Really depends on...

Unlimited panels with DA vs limited panels with cPanel

cPanel and DirectAdmin are great options. cPanel pricing has been going up and is getting more ridiculous. DirectAdmin seems to be following the path of cPanel. I prefer using cPanel over the other control panels. However I hope more better alternatives start coming out. Here are a few...

    Starting a VPS hosting service

I know a lot of people like to recommend Virtualizor or SolusVM. Honestly I have been using the VirtFusion panel and enjoy using it a lot. Could be a great way to start a VPS Provider. https://virtfusion.com/ Check it out here, there pricing isn't that bad either. You pay by how many...

Does any one have experience for centos web panel?

CentOS Web Panel is not the same as cPanel. However I have used it in the past and they have a pro version that doesn't cost as much. I have tried using CyberPanel by Litespeed for some time and I do like there platform a lot better. Maybe a good option to take a look at: https://cyberpanel.net/

    Cheap Domain registrar

Route53 or CloudFlare Domain Registrar would be my two recommendations. Unfortunately CloudFlare doesn't support WHMCS at all. However, Route53 via Amazon could be a good option. There are many different third-party plugins out there.
