I was looking at HostingBill aswell but the themes I dont like.
Secondly no matter what you choose - you need to have good security audit. For eg. if you give SSH access to a thirdparty ensure you delete it thereafter aswell as lock your servers ssh back down to ip address. etc.
I enjoy Lara but find having a theme and making admin area look and feel "nice" should never be a companies main focus. What about regular updates and security loops holes. I would prefer for the admin theme to by always WHMCS standard versions.
I find DA is more customizable and better for our business as the Primary Hosting Control Panel.
Our customers don't see much difference as DA has some themes that are similar. Nevertheless there are some that one cPanel this is why we offer both. Consider offering both.
No matter what hosts say they kind of the same. The same panel in most cases are provided with same features.
At times some hosts setup different servers for WordPress hosting that is on pure Nginx or on a specifically optimized server.
But in most cases relatively the same.
If by special features you mean software on the servers.
1. Website builder - There are too many to mention, SitePro and Sitepad are good options.
2. No limits on packages - Cloudlinux + CageFS can help here
3. Support is there when needed.
4. Security tools that gives them peace of mind -...

We used CXS for quite some time and it catches alot however it does use clamav to scan better which you can inturn tie into using better signatures from interserver and from malware.experts to make it even stronger. This is the cheapest option in my opinion.
The Bitninja is...
You will get fake reviews even negative ones from time to time. But ignore those and focus on your paying happy customers as they will give you good reviews eventually. Dont worry too much on those negative things as you cant always keep everyone happy.
we found since we offered live chat things are better and more customers stay and love our service because we help them wherever they require assistance.
We used Bitninja for 2 years and everything was awesome. Load was extremely low as it blocks attacks in a very awesome way. However we noticed imunify360 has a nice wordpress malware cleanup tool. So we switched. It cleaned sites beautifully but created heavy load on our servers even with...
I think PaidSSL and letsencrypt became an option with SNI enabled options.
Though SSL should be given for free in todays time. Backups aswell. I would actually say backups first.
Dont forget IDS Protection and Malware cleanup tools are very important as bots and hackers are intense today trying...
We use both Bitninja and Imunify360. We notice Bitninja lowers load nicely - its an awesome Firewall system however and has good bit of everything else even malware protection. Whereas Imunify360 is good with CSF together and it has a very good malware auto cleanup system. So both have their...
We used to use modsecurity by comodo, CSF with some nice regex combinations to block attacks on wp-login and xmlrpc and also CXS with malware.expert rules to make it stronger.
However we found doing this required alot of log checking and changes all the time to keep up with new attacks etc.
We...
