Do you use twitter as part of your promoting and marketing efforts? I haven't seen that many hosters on twitter promoting their products and giving status updates.
What I have always wondered about, if someone posts libellous comments about someone one else on a site. Where does jurisdiction lie?
Is it in the country that the server that the site in question resides on, or is the country where the site conducts its business.

Would you use a dedicated box/rack mounted firewall or would you just rely on a software firewall to protect your servers?
Is there much difference between the two? For example in reliability in keeping intruders out of your network?
