Happy New Year everyone!

On behalf of all the staff at HostingDiscussion.com, we wish you health, peace and prosperity in the year 2008.

How is everyone celebrating? I will get together with my family, watch Times Square's countdown. The usual.

Same to you Art and the community. Let tomorrows hangover not be as bad as I am predicting.

It has not hit the New Year here yet, but in another 6 hours it will be that time. Lets hope I can remember it this year.

I guess I have to let loose once in a great while.

Happy new Year to all. Did anyone in the UK see the fantastic firework display in London which was broadcasted on ITV1?

Looks like more tax-payers money went into this than the NHS.

Yes i saw it but on BBC 1. The cost of that fireworks display was £100,000 a minute. The total cost for the display alone was over 1 Million Pounds.

I spent new years eve with the family and friends as i always do - was great!

I was out and about for the night and did see this or even know it was happening to be honest. I will have to see if it is on the net anywhere.

Does anyone know if it was a privatly paid to event. If it was funded by the government, i would be quite concerned that my money was going towards that.
