December 29, 2005, Pittsburgh, PA--
After a year in development, the development team at avidInteractive have finally released their
industry helpdesk software, IntelloDesk Pro.
avidInteractive has been in the development stages of the new helpdesk software since September of 2004, and
have been developing strong ever since.
"The project is very important to us personally." said Mark Klink - Lead Developer and Co-Founder of avidInteractive Software.
"We have put a lot into this software. It stemmed from our own need for the quality product to support our own customers, but turned into
a massive project."
IntelloDesk is currently in it's beta release stage, at a huge fraction of the price tag that it's final release counter-part will be.
This has allowed avidInteractive to strategically place IntelloDesk in front of customers, give them the ability to get the software at a lower cost, as
well as provide live industry beta testers for the software.
In it's beta release stage, IntelloDesk is already making waves, and being compared to the already established "big boys" in the industry's helpdesk software segment.
"Many of our clients are previous clients of other, well established, helpdesk systems. A lot of them have commented that they feel IntelloDesk is a huge step
forward from many of the helpdesk systems they were using." said Klink.
Based on PHP, MySql, and aJax technology, the IntelloDesk system provides an easy to use, attractive, and user-friendly interface, with a ton of functionality.
Could IntelloDesk be the new industry leader in providing customer support? It may be too early to tell at this stage, but the general talk from the software's developers,
and their customers is that IntelloDesk is running a race with it's competitors, and is quickly turning the race into a "neck to neck" situation.
