This could be very interesting. Definitely a new area for instant messaging market.
I am a WebEx subscriber, and this collaboration has good match written all over it.

I remember Ericsson had iPulse ID, which was a business-oriented messenger, the development of which was shut-down shortly after launch, even though I really liked the application.
