Yes it is and as i am in the UK, if i did this i would end up in court for breaching Data Protection Laws

I think that this in many countries including in ours are illegal and tantamount to infringement on client's privacy

The illegality is not in how you share your client list. Its a beach of privacy to share your client list whichever method you use to share them.

Regardless on how the list is shared you are ILLEGALLY passing clients private details to a 3rd party.

i suggest admins close down this thread and maybe remove the user who wants to partake in illegal activities
