Hey guys and gals,

OK i have come to the conclusion that i need to make some changes to the ordering process of my website. currently all i use is a paypal buy-now button which is supposed to take the money, then forward the client to the order-form when complete, but the latter part of the operation isnt happening.

This is what i need, or rather, the process i would like the customer to go through to make an order through our website.

1) Buyer clicks on order now button
2) Buyer is asked to provide their name, email, address, web address & other details - clicks next
3) The buyer is asked if they want to purchase optional extra's - selects optional extras if required - clicks next
4) The customer is taken to paypal to complete the transaction - clicks next
5) the client is returned to a thank you page and emailed details of their order

Please email me your quotations for this job, and any questions you may have regarding what i require.

You would be better off, imho, using a billing software package.
WHMAutopilot, or Modernbill or Clientexec are all good packages and would do what you need and more.

The only reason I didn't recommend WHMCS is that I've never personally used it. The reviews are good though.
