Hello jstep all you have to do is post 10 quality posts for the community to benefit from. Basically this was said so people did not SPAM the board to get free hits. If you have anymore questions let me know. Just contribute as much as you can with those 10 posts. :)
 
So does this place actually bring 1000 ppl to your site? I paid for the first one and I'm not positive it will work.

It will defently bring visitors to your site after that it is up to you. Buying targeted traffic or untargeted traffic will give you some guidence but after the traffic hits your site it is up to you to do what you need to do :)
