If I remember correctly from our convo Kyle,

People outsource to him and he has started up his business a while ago and this is where he is now. He does NOT outsource to anyone

No I don't oursource it. THe only thing if any that I outsource everyonce and a while is a flash job and it is to the same guy. I have a team in house that works with me. The only reason I outsource flash to this one guy is he is awsome and I hate making flash intros and stuff.
