Well your first post is an advertisement, secondly you didn't state who you were if you are affiliated with them or not, thirdly I think they have terrible Service.

My name is Joe Cooper and I am the General Manager for Peer 1 Network in NYC and we purchased ServerBeach last year.

Please correct me if I am wrong (I know you probably will) but isn't this the advertising forum for Talk Webhosts. I was offering a 10% discount on any dedicated server purchased at ServerBeach. If I have violated some rules on this forum please let me know and I will correct this.

You are entitled to your opinions of the services provided by any carrier but I thought a moderator would be a little more tactful in their replies. At least please respond to why you have your opinion of ServerBeach. Not just you dislike the service. Nobody learns from responses like that.

I didn't know it was Purchased last year. You are refering to ServerBeach.com? Yes this is the advertising section of the forum but no reason to spam on your first post (doesn't look to well as you already know) ServerBeach was one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. This was back in 2002ish when I rented a server there and it was just terrible from the start. I won't get into it now since I don't have the time, but when I got an email Monday morning telling me "We have lives as well, and no support will be given over the weekends" turned me off quickly while the server was down for 48+ hours. Hopefully things have changed there since the new ownership. Time to get back to teaching

Hopefully you will provide more insight to this forum than just advertising services. I sure hope your ServerBeach purchase was a profitable one. There have been a number of people that have had major problems of the years with the company.
