DediCentral (http://www.dedicentral.com) is a new company specializing in dedicated servers and VPS solutions, in addition to normal shared and reseller web hosting. DediCentral is owned and operated by the management of Enhanced Blue, and has over 2 years experience in the field.

DediCentral is presently seeking hard-working and experienced staff members in our Support and Billing Departments. If you are experienced and hard-working, we'd love to read your resume! DediCentral presently has 5-10 support technician openings, 2 Billing openings, and 1 Abuse opening that need to be filled as soon as possible!

Applicant Requirements
- Must be a hard-working individual that can work as a Team Player.
- Must speak fluent English with proper spelling and grammar.
- Must be polite, courteous, friendly,and professional in all communications.
- Must have a reliable home Internet connection.

Software Used
- Kayako eSupport Version 2.3.5
- ModernBill Version 4.3.2 Build 6
- vBulletin Version 3.5.0

Support Department
Open Positions: 5-10
Effective: Immediately
Pay: Negotiable - Per Ticket
Hours: Negotiable
Preferred OS Knowledge: Fedora Core and CentOS

Control Panel Knowledge:
cPanel / WHM / Fantastico (REQUIRED)
DirectAdmin and Plesk (Not Required, but improves chances!)

Duties include working as a team player to support our customers using our online helpdesk. Must be able to support dedicated server, Virtual Private Server, shared web hosting, and reseller web hosting questions and problems brought to their attention. Applicants must be able to work independently and refer to available support resources if a question arises that is beyond their present capabilities. All support members are expected to expand their knowledge of the industry through their work with DediCentral.

Billing Department
Open Positions: 2
Effective: Immediately
Pay: Negotiable
Hours: Negotiable

Duties include routine billing of customers using ModernBill billing software. Billing department representatives are responsible for ensuring that all customers are properly billed and that timely payment is made. Applicants may be required to call customers with past due invoices. The Billing Department is also responsible for processing all new orders, and ensuring that all company bills are paid. Must be able to be trusted with private billing information and company PayPal logins.
