Need website re-designed

Hi,

PLEASE NOTE, I'M LOOKING FOR A FULL SITE INTEGRATION, NOT JUST GENERIC TEMPLATES OR PSD SLICES.

I need my website http://siterollout.com re-designed completely. I'm looking for a unique, clean, fresh look and to ideally make my site look similar to my support helpdesk template located at http://siterollout.net

All the required pages and content is more or less already there so you know what kind of pages I need, plus I'd need a general template that can be used to add as many new pages as I want such as affiliate, testimonials etc Logo will need a re-design as well.
