Whats new in iAds 1.10

- New web interface
- Can now remove ads from packages -- it can be configured either to remove ads from ALL packages that aren't configured for forced-ads or it can just remove ads from a specific package list.
- Better error handling (actually displays error messages now
- Updated to use iAds latest Apache configuration updater
- Both the cron job and web interface now detect common installation problems and notify the admin
- All reported bugs are fixed
