Hey,
Would anyone be able to create a script for me to organise advertisers on hosting-talk.net please?
I just need it to record a few things and let me look through a list of the people that have advertised as well as check when times are available for people to advertise.

So if someone wants to advertise on July 14th 2004 that will be recorded and I can go through something like a calendar that will show when people are advertising and when the space is available.

I dont think this would take long but I could be wrong because Im not really a PHP person myself

why don't you just set-up a private php calendar with the ad dates set as events? that might work.

For my site, I have a big-ass whiteboard on the wall beside my pc desk, and i keep all the names/url/dates of the advertisers on there. When someone renews or a new account is set-up, i wipe the old date out and put a new one up with a dry-erase marker. works wonders...lol

There are lots of banner scripts out there that can be easily added to your site. Even some good perl scripts.

Yeah I use phpadsnew at the minute but Im just looking for something thats very simple, something like geesh said about him using a whiteboard and drawing on that for the dates, if there was something very simple like that which I can use online would be exactly what I want.
Its just a calendar which stores some info really
