Is it only here you've advertised it websterworld (ps good move for posting the file size for the preview, wish more folks would), a template move for a host is quite major so there may be a few considering. Have you tried other sites, or lowering the price for more times sold? Might be worth a try. :)

It has been sold 0 times so far, and I decided to make it a unique sale. meaning it will be sold only 1 time with full rights!

not only that instead of 100$ I'm now just asking for an offer, you can get it REALLY cheap!

Hmm - maybe just no one has a spare $100 lying around at the moment, could try 10 x sold at $10 each, most will alter the template anyway so it may suit more folks. :)

I think its a GREAT price for a template like that.

I wouldn't sell it at this price if I didn't want to get it off my hands and move on already.

I have lots of work now, and don't have time to improve this template, its ok looking as it is, and I'm sure thats its worth 50$ to somebody.

I don't want to feel like I wasted time making it.

so 50$ for this template, which will come as a .PNG file with all the sources.

will be sold ONE TIME ONLY.
