Yes, $99 with a $3 "convenience" fee when paying by credit card, or any amount if you send a check/money order/wire transfer. These are requirements set by eNom and all $ exchanged goes to eNom as well

You dont "pay" $99. You "deposit" funds that will only go towards the services eNom provides (registration, renewals, transfers, etc.).
