The partner should be able to help contribute to the funds of server, which isnt much, and must have Hosting Experience...

Partner must be 16+
Have experience in WHM/Cpanel
Server Admin/Management Skills
Some Basic SSH Knowledge
Ability to Hire/Review Staff
Professionalism and People Skills
Speak proper english
some HTML/PHP Skills
Perl, PHP, Mysql is a PLUS
Ability to help with funds of server


Also Hiring Support Technician

Must be 16+
Must have AIM/MSN, Yahoo is an option
Must be able to respond to ALL support tickets
