Hello All,
I am looking for someone who can design banners for those who advertise here (who do not have banners). I have a couple of contacts in mind, but would like to see others work.

I am not sure how much work this will bring you, maybe just 1 - 5 banners a month to design.

Please post here with a link to your portfolio and also the cost per banner.

The bizarre thing is I was about to post the same question. Thanks for the pre-empted (is that the right word?) answer!

It must be the crystal ball mod I installed a few days ago. Helps me to know what visitors are thinking

Another place that is pretty good is www.bannersmall.com

I have to say, I went on the recomendation here and I wasn't impressed. (I'm sure you guys had good work done but mine wasn't great)

Here's the job spec for banners911.com:

468x60 One Banner
Please review http://www.docupro.co.uk/ for colours and background design.

Here's the response (after chasing them up after the 72 hour turnaround was up):

http://www.docupro.co.uk/images/getcontent.gif

I emailed them back to say the colour was completely wrong and could they match the one on the site. I got:

http://www.docupro.co.uk/images/getcontent2.gif

Is it just me or are these banners really poor? Sure I could do better myself.

First impressions are that they look like something that could be done with an auto banner creator program and the text was added to the blank space.

I do think they look pretty good, but both being identical except a flashing click here and a different backgroup makes me think that they were not too custom.

I think with the docupro background and possibly a different font they are salvagable. I'm going to have a play around with it this weekend but I'm not great with image editing.

I had a go at it and made it look worse than it already does. I think I'm just gonna use them as they are.

How much did you pay for that?

I think anyone could do that in two minutes...It looks like a template banner that you could get for free.

hostthebest, are you associated with them?
I remember you and getyourbanners had the same IP when I used to own the forum but I talked to you and you said you weren't associated.

I would ask for a refund with those banners...I have no idea about designing but I know even I could create that...
