You had me concerned for a second thinking that Matt had gone into development of a Live Chat program and script bashing programs!

Looks nice from what I see - I'll have to have a look and see what I can do with it. The one feature that we want is the ability for our managers to view chats in progress and help guide staff if needed. Does it have a monitoring capability? Or the ability for a representative to "sit in" on a chat. It's perfect for training or for instant help when a representative is going off track.

Would love to get a peak at the additional features too ;)

Once you get that part in there, drop me a note if you need beta testers :) Our staff would be happy to put it through it's paces and see how it reacts.

Also, not sure if it's part of the program or not, but the ability to run the live chat on a separate server than that of the billing system and then use mysql action hooks to get into the system for details. As it stands we keep our billing system isolated from everything :) Given that it's a plugin, it may not be able to do that however.

It wouldn't be able to do that because it's a module for WHMCS.

Any Demo you could include ? interested to view demo on how it's work...

I determined that there was no "good" way to offer a demo of the admin console, etc. as when I've done that in the past people would do inappropriate things, and even on a non production install of WHMCS with the database reverting back every hour, it still posed a problem.

The best way to demo is simply to download the 7 day trial and test it out for yourself :)
