We are looking to buy cPanel based web hosting companies with existing revenue streams of: $1,000 to $30,000 annually. Ideally, these would be shared/reseller accounts and we may even consider VPS clients. The existing company should be Canadian or US based.

Please note, we are only interested in firm opportunities. In addition, should we come to an agreement we would require that our accountant has access to the Income Statement, Balance Statements, Financial Statements etc. We won't consider WHMCS reports since the information is not concrete and the details may easily be fabricated by placing fake orders etc. in addition to PayPal statements.
