I am looking to purchase a small size web hosting company or clients. I prefer shared and resellers on cpanel. I am also looking at small VPS companies. Let me know if anyone has what i am looking for.

What would you offer for a company that brings in about 5 K per year, with 40 clients.

I would but I was looking for smaller web host then that, I have some clients but just looking to pick up a few more. I think 40 is more then I'd be able to manage at the moment. Yes, My host is a one man host.
