Considering Cpanel is coming out with one that built in shortly we will drop WHMC like hot potato and go there!

cpanel is indeed one of the most popular panels, and their own billing software will be useful for lots of users.

However, if you have several servers with different hosting panels (cpanel / directadmin / plesk), also if you use a lot of custom settings (custom domain registrars, account settings, interface) you will still find our billing software useful, as you will be able to manage all from one place.
