I believe this is in the wrong section. But, Interesting service. I would like for you to update this thread 2-3 months from now and let us know how it went.

We was only thinking about running it for a week to show our support services to customers but we may just run it continuously to help people whom need assistance but can't get assistance from there host.

Sounds like a good strategy, but how will other hosts feel about it though? Might not like another host giving their clients help lol

I cannot move it rej1, so far it is going pretty well. Existing clients will always get priority help.

@romes - If there clients are coming to us for help, they don't care about them in the first place. If they did then they wouldn't have to outsource for support.
