you seem to pay for an ad and then you get locked out of your account

it is now 08/02/2012 22.17 and still i am locked out. i became locked out as soon as i paid him, for for an ad

I refunded your money and sorry about the whole incident. After I got done refunding your money and sending you that email I spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to unban and I finally figured it out. Your experience will help me keep what happened to you from happening to anyone else.

I said it many times but i'll say it again...I am very sorry for the trouble you had with me service. I aim to provide quality service and to make sure each of my clients are happy.

P.S. You got locked out because you failed at logging in over 8 times. I have it set at 5 to stop people from trying to force their way in.

I've never had this problem before. I've had other hosts who failed to login under the 5 times allowed and not get locked out. I find it weird you got locked out after 1. I did get 8+ emails saying you failed to login. Reason I mentioned it.

But, incident has been resolved and I wish you luck with future advertisers.
