I am looking for a WHMCS lifetime license here, it could be branded or unbranded. But due to my own limitation on budget, I hope I am getting a cheap branded one.

thie is a process you need to go through with WHMCS if you want to purchase a licence from someone else. licensepal.com sell these cheaper than WHMCS, but if you cant afford a lifetime licence then why not just get a monthly licence until you can afford a lifetime licence.

I, of course, can afford one, but if I know people are selling it at a cheaper price in the market, why would I not try to purchase the cheapest license so to save my company money?

Do you see the point here? It's not whether I have money or not, but it's whether there is something cheaper in the market that can save my company's spending.

You might ask, "It won't make a big difference". But we have saved so much in the past years that it is up to this point, enough to expand the size and memory of our servers.
 
I have seen similar posts on Web Host Talk, so I assume these external sales are allowed...? I will definitely ask them, thank you for your advice.
 
certain whmcs licenses are transferable but if memory serves me correctly, the license has be have been purchased directly from whmcs, and not a reseller. plus there is a transfer fee.

The downside is how long you have to wait, and how many hours you have to spend in finding that saving
- Time *is* Money, so if you spend 3 hours hunting for a deal ona WHMCS licence, you've wasted more than you would have spent just going to WHMCS.com and buying one ...
