Brings in about $30/month right now, but most of the customers have already paid yearly and 6 months. Few paying per month.

About 6 customers? Is it 6 or is it more or less.

What would you consider to be a serious offer? If you have 6 clients and "most" of them have already paid annually or semi-annually basically all you are offering to sell is debt. I don't think a free shopping cart service from Mal's e-commerce qualifies as equity.

What programs are you using for Forum/Live Support/Contact etc.

Come on, with "about 6 clients" it shouldn't be so hard to decide whether they are 5,6 or 7. Be precise, after all, 1 client in minus would mean 1/6th.
 
5 or 6 customers so far.

Community forum growing independently. It's an established business thats been submit in many search engines and is already in the public eye.

It's not offering the "best" in everything, but what would you consider buying it for???

Give me some prices here if your willing.
