help with photoshop

hi mates, after designing my ad banner also with a custom logo i made while designing the banner ad. Now after looking close to this banner i see that the logo is very cute more than my old one. I need who can edit this banner with photoshop and save the logo file from the banner.
 
That image is too small to do anything with. If you have a high resolution image, I would be able to cut it out, but this file is not suitable.
