I've found open source, free helpdesks to fit my needs so I no longer need this. As a result, I'm selling it. I initially paid $55 for this, so I want $35 for the license. The designated domain for the helpdesk can be changed to the desire of the buyer with a simple contact to sitepanel2 support team.
