Hmm.. Quite strange, links are working here and the site replies to pings. Someone had the same problem over at another forum and disabling the firewall worked, maybe that's the problem ?

BTW: What part of Montreal do you live in ? I'm currently living in the south shore

The only thing I can see is the order page. On the Preview, Page 1 doesn't work and Page 2 is not found. It doesn't look like a firewall problem to me.

Prefix "www." should have been inserted to be able to view the page. I edited them for users like me who can't view the web without that.
