I'm looking for 2 or 3 people who are very experienced in Flash. Aside from proficiency in all the basic tasks in Flash, you need to be very familiar with Actionscript, including being able to tie it in with external XML files, etc.

Initially, there will be 1 or 2 small jobs to address. But if you demonstrate that you are capable, reliable and responsible, there may be a semi-steady stream of jobs sent your way.

IMPORTANT -

I have no patience whatsoever for anyone who is unreliable. I set schedules in my busy business and do everything possible to stick to them. If you are able to do what you promise in the time period promised, then I'm interested in dealing with you. However, if you have trouble staying in touch, keeping communication channels open, or have a habit of falling short of your promised deadlines, please don't bother replying to this thread. You wouldn't last longer than a juicy fly sitting on a hungry frog's nose.

Oh, and if you are not personally qualified for this job but know someone who is, please let me know.
