Finding Love in The Hosting Industry?

Why aren't there any online personals for the hosting industry? A question many of us may (or may not) have been wondering about. I'm starting up the first one Love@HostNews. Take a look: www.hostnews.com/love/ give me your insights.

Wow is the industry so big you feel there is a need for a dating site, Nice idea but i'm not sure if it will take off the ground, Not meaning to be negative but i'm not sure if it will take off the ground.. Good idea nevertheless, Did you also consider the Male to Female ratio, Although more and more women are coming in to the scene which is good to see, But there is still a lot more males, Not being sexist one bit either.

Honestly, I dont think it is a great idea, I mean, this is getting to extremes here. Whats it gonna be like, a man and women talk and say "Ya, so would you like to check out my new servers for our first date?"
 
I must say this is not a well thought out idea...a hosting related dating service? That's like trying to explain algebra to a toddler...its just...not right.
 
I agree with Travis.. This is not a good idea. Hosts now and days are generally under aged anyways. So it will be like maybe 1/20 hosts are actually 18 or above. Which would cause alot of legal problems.. Plus they are all over the world.. So it would be like going to a dating site and meeting people from UK when you are in US Cali.. That is like half way across the world.. Could you imagine the sueings that would go on if they actually went..

I am just saying keep away from dating sites.. They are usually run with lots of money as a backup and a large supply of lawyers.

Another point to consider is, If you are in the industry would you really like to be dating someone who shares the exact same interest, I'm sure you don't want your whole life to revolve around web-hosting there is much more to do in the world.
Like i say i'm not trying to put a dampener on it but it is really a weak idea.
