I saw the demo, and I liked, that why i bought it.

But for example, I paid for logicbill, I saw a working demo, they said that the application was stable (and I tried the online version, and looked good).

The version 1.0 was released, the application never worked, the forums are closed, and I can't sell or transfer the license. :cry:

That is why I think if they plan to don't allow the transfer of license for this promotion, that it's good, everyone can set his rules, but they should do it from now on. Not for the one that allready paid, and didn't know about it.
 
That's why you will always see the clause:
"These terms are subject to change with/without notice"
Any business needs to be able to protect itself and it's product. That is why terms of use/service exist. It's appauling to me that some people will try to make money off of somebody else's work, but it happens every day.

Mark (and the entire development team), good luck with the product. It looks amazing and am looking forward to the release. Thanks for your great innovative and industry changing ideas.
 
IntelloDesk always had a TOS in place.

We never stated one way or another, other than in the TOS, if we are going to allow reselling of the promo purchased licenses.

The fact is, we plan to full allow the resell of a license. However, it will only be for the paid amount, not more (for profit), and the right to resell will be on a per issue basis. In other words, you must come to us (after trying the product), and get permission to sell the license. Otherwise, it's not permitted.

This is not something we just now determined. It has been in the TOS of the intellodesk.com website since IntelloDesk was simply a twinkle in our eye.

I tried to order the system from your order page, but here in Romania I cannot pay through paypal, they don't accept signups from Romania. Can you add 2CO to your payment options?

Also, I offer my services as a professional translator [prrof of previous works can be offered] to translate your wonderful new system into german, frenach, italian and romanian (Romanian is my native language) if you will be able to offer me a free pro license for my efforts. I am asure you would be more than delighted to have this great product available in the main european languages available too.

At this time, we do not have 2co setup for the system. This will be available upon the final release of version 1.0

We actually have a translation engine, as well as translators to translate the language files manually in place. I do appreciate your offer however.
