NEEDED: Software for Startup Web Design / Hosting Firm

I'm currently in the process of starting up a web design and hosting firm.

I've come across some software that looks really helpful called ProposalKit at ProposalKit.com; but I don't have the budget to pay hundreds of dollars for seemingly straight-forward software.

* Do you know of any similar proposal generation/management software solutions that are freeware (or relatively cheap)

* Even better yet, do you know of any sites/software that could help me get a copy of ProposalKit for free (tried Kazaa...not there. Maybe know of a nice message board/website that could help get a copy...Private Message me)
