With the 24x7 Server Monitoring plan, we monitor your servers and contact you or your DC as soon as we find the server is inaccessible.
If we have the root / Administrator (in case of Microsoft Windows OS) valid login details, we will first try to login to the server and restart the services. If the server does not respond to SSH / RDP, then we will contact your DC immediately using their helpdesk.
