OK, here's one that will REALLY help you in MSN.
Go to MSN live. Get a LIVE SPACE. It is BETA, but indexed heavily. Allows you to create a URL live space and ad blogs, links, etc.
Trust me, have had one only a short time and it is strong.

Its free, if you have hotmail id you can create the space.

That is a good way to get indexed.

Another good way is juicy articles and unique articles. For instance..
Do a google search you think is very popular and see how many results are shown.
Next, you write a juicy article on that topic, and submit to an article submission site. It will get crawled instantly.
