Hello

Shortly. We paid $100.00 for a 5 concepts design in 3 days. After a month, they sent us a ridiculous concept, like a comix. I then ask for my other 4 concepts. After another month they sent us another one, at that point i asked for the money to be returned. They simply stop snwering our emails

WebHostingTalk should care a little more who to advertise.

Thanks

I don't think it's the fault of WHT. They are a business like any other and if someone has the advertising dollars they will take it.
If you had done some research on Rosem on WHT you would have discovered that you are not the first person to have this problem.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience as it is totally inappropriate to spend 1 month on one design. Seemed like they were only interested in getting paid instead of doing the work.

As for the money, I suggest to never pay full amount up front until you get the service done.

Good luck,

Oh... This is not about money. Seller want to get paid first, buyer want work first. But that's not the point.

It's only: Do you want some design' Dont go with Rosem, they will stole you

Thanks

Pablo

about:
""I don't think it's the fault of WHT. They are a business like any other and if someone has the advertising dollars they will take it.""

I will never trust again a site or company advertised by WHT.
I will never advertise in WHT, because im someone who will never trust a site or company advertised by WHT.

The Internet is not big as you think, if you burn your image, you are burned, quickly and cruely.

Bye
