I noticed that some websites you search for through Google, their listings are very well organized (see attached file). Apart from the main home page, it also lists other pages of same website underneath the main listing.

How is this achieved?

I hadn't noticed this, but just searched for our site and four site links popped up. Apparently, Google does this by default, so you can either block the sitelinks or leave them as is.

Yes it seems like webmasters have no control over this at all. That's too bad.

It seems that google compile the list of a well-known website which are useful to the user.
