I'd vote for Google's Adsense because it's a whole lot easier to setup and is user friendly.

We've been very successful using Google AdSence.... as it far our performs Yahoo and Microsoft 3 to 1.

But wait! theres more..... things are changing on the horizon and Yahoo will << NOT >> be merging with Microsoft. Ah! too bad...(smile)

Adsense is profitable for publisher in one way is that they receive money for clicks. This thing is awesome.


As with Adwords, it is not true that all marketers being successful, half of them fail as well....... so we are getting advantage of these people who fail.

Just the other day we learned after 3 years we are just scratching the surface of what Ad Words can do...

Have you ever use its re-marketing feature! WOW, talk about someone staying up all week to come up with that feature!

It totally depends upon the type of site. If you are aiming for high value products then I really suggest using Amazon. If you actually expect to sell something!

If you don't expect to sell alot yourself, then Google is better. It'll pay you for the click.

I prefer Google too. It is much easier to use it.

I think you should stick to google adsense and instead of amazon you should try ebay, cause they have higher affiliate commission and also their cookie stays for a longer duration. Chances of conversion through ebay program are more than amazon's.

For sure you should give it a test try to see for sure.
I would go with adsense at it easy for a visitor to give a click rather then a sale.
Still I would try also another site with amazon as when you make a sale ... you will know the difference between a click and a sale.

Depends on your niche, go with Amazon for electronics, books, etc.

With Adsense you make money faster. With Amazon ( affiliate links ) you make more money but it takes more time to make them.
