Hi, I need your suggestion . What do you suggest next after setting up affilate program?

You should promote your affiliate program on the internet through affiliate directories, forums, Social networking sites, etc...... However, it also depends on affiliate commission that you are offering. Even you can also offer multi-tire affiliate programs.

You can also consider joining big affiliate networks: Linkshare, cj, etc

Make sure your current clients are also aware of your affiliate program by sending a newsletter or something similar.

Some of your best affiliates will be current clients.

Be consistent, don't change the rules or offerings constantly. But do update them consistently. Remember that when you get business from an affiliate there are those who will not be honest about your offerings or use other scrupulous means to get customers. So always keep an eye out and have fun.

Also, some of the most successful affiliates out there to date provide their affiliates with marketing material/collateral such as banners, logos etc. This will allow them to promote your company services with more confidence. Keep the material, memorable, short and thing of some catchy terms you can use

What LevelHosting said is very important... Also it will be great having your website translated in a few other languages and be prepared to add more languages if you get affiliates/clients from a new region...

Always welcome fresh ideas and recommendations from affiliates! Remember, these are your partners now and these people are bringing you clients while you may focus on other management tasks.

You should remember that if you translate your site to expect to be able to answer sales and tech questions in that language otherwise you are going to end up with unhappy customers.
