That is possibly the most surprising answer of all. I've used Facebook for a couple of campaigns and both were a disaster. From the feedback I commonly hear is that spending money on FB ends up being a financial drain. Unless of course your target is very narrow and subject specific.
I wonder what you've done different. Are you doing general targeting? Geographical to your local area? Subject-based? It could be helpful to know at least in general terms how you go about it.
