Dear mates, in the first month, unknowingly ordered about 2-3 runs, the essence of the question is: how to find bad links to remove them through the webmaster?

You can find your bad or spam backlinks using Google disavow too. This will help you to get the list of links that are causing harm to your website. You can then contact the webmasters individually and get your bad backlinks removed.

Tried that but it did not help me in sorting of bad links. Had to go for a paid service which helped me to find a good amount of bad links.

You should use Google webmaster tools to analyze your website and bad links.
