HD is a nice place. It's under $50 right now, and has a nice consumer/host base.

Mark, although a nice touch (appreciate it), here are some other sources I found to be very performance-driven:

NamePros.com ($20 in rotation)
BestCatalog.net ($10 text link)
FreeWebHostingTalk.com ($35 per month)
Invano.com (text-link - don't remember the cost)

I tried Google adwords for awhile.

Not a very effective system unless you invest about $25+ per day. I got probably like 4 or 5 clients from those ads, which cost me over $250 in the 3 months I ran them.

I will check out some of the others you guys have suggested. thanks.

d4hosting did you try Overture.com or shareasale.com?

Use your exist client for advertisements... They are the best source because 1. they are your client, 2. If they are your client, which means they like your service... Nothing beats than an experience happy buyer...

I have used this one before, it's a search engine that has PPC at a penny per click. You even make money on it. I have tried to put their link on all my customers website, because you can make money also from searches.
