Im guessing that i'd have to work dam hard at whatever solution. Ive done some SEO for the site, posting on forums and managed to get a few banners on some sites but otherwise Im a little stuck. Can anyone suggest anything apart from a bigger budget?

Well there are plenty choices, JJTEK. You can find numerous solutions for any budget. Depending on how much you'd like to spend (suppose $250), you can ask webmasters to submit their resources and their ad opportunities and then spend $25 on 10 web sites for example. That would give you minimal, but nice exposure.

You can often ask for such submissions on webmaster forums in an appropriate forums, if such exist.

Another way to get more traffic/exposure is to link exchange with other web sites.

Best,

Find directories related to your sites category and list them in those.

Also, a few good PPC programs wouldn't hurt.

Try:
Google AdSense
AdHearus

You can set your budget and maximum bid per click, so you won't have to spend more than you need.

Another great way is to write guides and tutorials for people, relevant to your niche or industry, and get them posted up on high traffic websites with a "by" line giving credit to your site. Be sure that the by line is optimized to the term you're wanting to draw traffic for and be sure that its niched ("web hosting" is a bad term to start out with .

What kind of site are you trying to market? What service are you providing through the site? A lot of this plays into count when deciding how you are going to market it.
