1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 You represent and warrant that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement.

You represent and warrant that, in compliance with COPPA, you are thirteen (13) years of age. Users under the age of thirteen (13) are not eligible to use our services. 1.3 Multiple user accounts are not permitted, participants must have maximum of one account per person no matter how many companies they represent.

2. CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE

2.1 You understand and agree that HostingDiscussion.com, in its discretion and without liability or notice, remove, edit, move or close any message that, in our judgment, does not comply with this Policy.

2.2 HostingDiscussion.com reserves the right to screen and monitor content posted by users to enforce this Policy.

2.3 HostingDiscussion.com will not be responsible for violations of this Policy or for its failure or delay in removing or modifying a message that does not comply with this Policy.

2.4 By posting messages on or through HostingDiscussion.com, you agree to grant HostingDiscussion.com a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display any such communication alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed.

3. GENERAL RULES

3.1 Be respectful to other users and avoid personal attacks.

3.2 Posts in a particular forum need to stay on topic.

3.3 No Cross Posting. Please pick the most appropriate forum to start your topic and do not start more than one topic with the same message.

3.4 Participants may not post or otherwise transmit promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation, except in those forum sections where advertising is expressly permitted.

3.5 You are not allowed to post affiliate links anywhere on the HostingDiscussion forums (including signatures).

3.6 Participants may not upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that is obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

3.7 Offensive words or foul language, must be avoided.

4. USE OF SIGNATURES

4.1 You understand and agree that HostingDiscussion.com may, in its discretion and without liability or notice, remove or edit a signature that, in our judgment, does not comply with this Policy.

4.2 Participants may not use signatures to run sales ads (including without limitation scams, pricing information and plan descriptions).

4.3 Signatures must be setup in your profile and not manually added to your messages.

4.4 We reserve the right to remove/modify signatures considered offensive or inappropriate without notice.

4.5 Signatures must be kept to a maximum of four lines. (a blank line counts as a line).

4.6 Font sizes above 2 are not allowed.

4.7 Participants may not use more than 2 font colors, apart from standard text and link colors provided.

5. USE OF AVATARS

5.1 Participants may not use avatars for any commercial purposes (including without limitation advertising, pricing information, plan descriptions, etc.).

5.2 Use of copyrighted material without explicit permission is prohibited.

5.3 Avatars considered at our discretion as offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable for HostingDiscussion will be removed without notice.

6. MEMBER DISPUTES

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. HostingDiscussion.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

7. SUSPENSION OF SERVICE

7.1 You understand and agree that HostingDiscussion.com, in its discretion and without liability or notice, terminate or suspend service based on it determination that a violation of this Policy has occurred. HostingDiscussion.com reserves the right to screen and monitor content posted by users to enforce this Policy.

7.2 HostingDiscussion.com will not be responsible for violations of this Policy or for its failure or delay in terminating or suspending service based on violations of this Policy.

8. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Please report all activity that you believe contradicts these rules. If you see a message that you believe violates these guidelines, please use the "Report this post to a Moderator" link at the bottom of the post in question and one of our moderators will take appropriate action.

9. DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

9.1 You acknowledge that the information on HostingDiscussion.com is provided as a general information service only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultations with properly qualified professionals.

9.2 HostingDiscussion.com, its employees or volunteers, do not assume or accept any responsibility for, and shall not be liable for the accuracy or appropriate application of any information on HostingDiscussion.com.
